Secluded country house, with
magnificent, uninterrupted views over forest and mountain. For the past 25 years
it has been home to Martyn and Ann Hill, whose warm Highland welcome is only matched
by that of 'Hamish', their lovable Labrador. The hotel, a favourite with salmon
fishers and golfers, provides for their special needs, but there is much more
to do in this lovely county. The hotel's emphasis is on friendly personal
service and high standards of food and accommodation. The candlelit restaurant
is appointed for 'Taste of Scotland' cooking supervised by Head Chef, Karl Taylor.
The wine list is superb. All three elegant lounges feature log fires. Exceptionally
well-equipped bedrooms all offer individual décor. There's even a 9 hole
pitch & putt course in the grounds. Other awards include the Scottish Association
for Country Sports Game Cookery Award. |
